Not so new weight loss technique!

I've discovered a combination of things that makes weight loss SO EASY.

1) develop gallstones.
2) decrease fat intake dramatically to prevent attacks
3) Eat much smaller meals to help prevent attacks
4) Go to the dojo 3 days a week for 45-50 minutes

What's that you say? Choosing your foods carefully and exercising can contribute to significant weight loss? THE HELL YOU SAY.

More seriously - I hit a high of 179 back in October. I was Not OK with that. I didn't feel good, my clothes didn't fit, and I looked 6 months pregnant. I'm down 15 from that high, which I haven't seen since just after R was born. I suspect some more will come off with the events of the next week or so. I just hope I can get back to practicing kung fu in less than a month :/
